Hi, A website thread may be good to help find common website info.
I was working on the club flyer info and would like to reference out to the website for meeting information and dates, as this can change, and there may be special meetings, etc.
Can we put a rolling table of the next six month meetings as a separate page on the website. Maybe a page News and Events, or a separate section on Board Info and Meetings. This page could list the board meeting dates in the rolling table, bylaws, list past minutes, and other inportant info, copies of the flyers, etc.

I am going to put the meetings on the calendar here and if you talk to Tom (hamiltonlj) he most likely will add whatever you need to the website...

Hi, Can we put this article on the website? Introduction to the New Jersey Trail Lovers Coalition The New Jersey Trail Lovers Coalition (NJTLC) formed to unite people from different areas of interest to help preserve the New Jersey trails, forests, and Pine Barrens. The organization’s purpose and mission statements: • Developing and maintaining a spirit of cooperation, courtesy, and consideration among all the people of diverse recreational interests in New Jersey. via a membership that reflect a wide variety of outdoor recreational interests, meeting regularly and with agencies, and seeking constructive resolutions to issues. • Promoting an ethic of guardianship for the open spaces of New Jersey, through conservation, volunteer activities, educational ventures, responsible vehicle use, and helping authorities. • Operate without profit, be nonpartisan, and nonsectarian. The group plans to create and promote programs of education, clean-up, and maintenance, among its members and with other organizations. Through these methods they hope to lessen the affects of damage, litter, and improper use of natural areas. Many people across New Jersey and surrounding states use these resources of recreation. This group will have representation in its core member base form historical and nature activities, to motor vehicle use. It will work with other clubs and organizations to clean-up and maintain areas in need, and to educate through the use of examples and information on how to care for and protect the environment while still enjoying what it has to offer. The club meets monthly at the location and time indicated on the website, where non members and folks are welcome to attend. Programs, concerns, and educational practices shall be discussed and planned to help maintain our outdoor environment for future generations. www.njtlc.proboards.com A Bulletin Board Forum for open communication and sharing of information related to the club purpose. njtraillovers@gmail.com The contact email address for the organization. www.njtlc.orgThis website Attachments:

No "ing" verbs. Use active voice: "develop" "maintain" "Seek" "promote" etc. "... in cooperation with land managers." Also consider changing "guardianship" to "stewardship" Just curious, Tom, why "nonsectarian?" Has this been an issue? [/quote] Just ideas.
