OK, I set up an email account specifically for the organization. I inputted all the email addresses I had and sorted them into groups. "Members", "Founding Members" and "Governing Committee". Please add the address to your contact list. Because as most of the mailings you get from it will be group mailings there is a good chance it might get caught by a spam filter, depending on your filter settings.
I also set up email forwarding so that I will know when emails come in without having to sign into the account constantly.
