whos knocking you ? and why are you being so hostile towards me ? i know i post warning on some of cherokee forums and people seem to understand and listen , your really taking this as a personal matter towards you as individual , no one blamed you or your club , i choose not to be a member of a club for other reasons so does that mean me and my friends are the ones going back there and tearing things up ? its a double edge sword there buddy , there are lots of non club as well as legit clubs that go back there and tear it up , so im not sure why your trying to say that clubs dont go there and cause destruction

I'm not hostile!!! Just stating a fact. Reread my post I never said clubs don't go back there! But when you say half the Jeep clubs I get offended! Now if you left Jeep out of your comment I may agree with you!

ok sorry , off road clubs , 4x4 clubs ?? and using the word the jeep club is no way attacking your club in anyway , but whos to say that your club members dont go back there when your not around ? im not stating that they do , but club related or not its an issue , i was just stating that alot of clubs bring there group trail rides back there alot

This is very interesting and instructive, in a way, but I don't really get what the argument is about. Can somebody clarify the issue?

I think what devilstory may be saying is that Jamima hill does seem to be a popular spot for alot of people to stop on trail rides. As a matter of fact, I know someone who is in a Hummer Club in PA, ounce a year a group from his club comes to Wharton and they stop at Jamima every year he has gone. One good bit of news though, they no longer go to 1/4 miles, but they are still uneducated about Jamima.

I'm not really sure why there is argument either ? I was simply stating although alot of clubs don't go to 1/4 mile they still go to jemima alot and apparently the argument was that anyone assioated with a club does no harm ??

Fact here is, Devilstoy has good solid idea's from the 4 wheel drive enthusiasts perspective since me and him are out there almost every weekend. Fact is there are plenty of "Jeep" clubs out there, most of them just are not as big of a name as HamiltonTJ's Grass roots club. I personally wouldn't even know about the place if I wasn't taken there by a JEEP club years ago, NJJEEP.ORG, NJJEEP.COM, the JKownersclub I can go on and on but pointing fingers and getting hostile amongst ourselves is not going to resolve anything, and NO I am not just pointing the finger at Jeep owners, I am just stating fact because I seen a little hostility arise, there are plenty of other "clubs" who go out there and destroy things on purpose to just to party to get away from mommy and daddy for the weekend. All arguing amongst ourselves is going to do is cause tension and we will just be a huge group of hippocrates that will accomplish nothing. As far as the not club affiliated man and out of state man causing damage? I strongly disagree, almost everyone I know or wheel with don't care to be club affiliated. I have plenty of friends out of state who treat the trails with the same respect as ANYONE here. So to cry about people from out of state is ridiculous especially when people could even come from DE if they wanted to and still be closer then some from North Jersey. Education is key, waiting on Rob... well that seems to be slowing things down, when I think Maureen and Tom said at the last meeting lets just take small steps and go out and do something, sitting here and doing nothing and crying on a message board is not going to solve anything(except at this moment since it is very cold haha) The signs are a great start, if someone would like to get them to me I will be more than happy to personally start hanging signs.

There is no argument!!! Just some friendly banter. I also never said clubs don't go back there because they do! I just have a problem when it's always a Jeep club! Not Hummer, Ranger, Yota or any of the other 4x4 clubs! That's all I have to say on this! Sorry if I offended you devilstoy! It was fun going back and forth with you!

All of the chest thumping gets us nowhere. The problems have to be addressed regardless who is doing the damage and the solutions have to be designed in a way that will make it HARDER FOR EVERYONE to ignore the damage they are doing. Let's not lose focus on the goal.

Exactly, It doesn't matter who it is going back there and who is not. It's all about stopping those who do. jeep club, hummer club, suburau club, prius club, Non club people (such as I), I could care less.
