a. Project Committee Creation:
i. Initiation of proposed committee, committee scope and purpose, gather of names, committee reporting, head of committee
b. Project Committee Process Proposal:
i. Establish a Project Committee.
ii. Individual member writes up a project proposal and submits it to the Project Committee. Who, what, where, when, and why?
iii. Project Committee reviews and coordinates with the member to be sure all pertinent details are covered.
iv. Project Committee recommends either for or against the proposal at a regular meeting.
v. If proposal is approved by the Governing Committee, appropriate liaison person (e.g., Russ) coordinates with appropriate land manager (e.g., Rob Auermuller).
vi. If land manager gives the green light, project goes forward.
