I was thinking that maybe we should put together some sort of flyer that describes some of the sensitive and protected areas. Maybe just a sheet that describes things like vernal pools and what they mean to the environment. Throw in the endangered species of the area, etc.
We could pass these out, hang them up, etc. Of course on the bottom would be our website/forum info. Maybe start a few threads on the above things so that when people do stop by they will have information to look at.
What do you all think?

I think it would be good, however I'd leave any pool/pond locations out of it. To a carless soul, it would be a list of good muddin spots.

Absolutely! I woul never list locations of anything. When I started checking out the PB forums, I often wondered why they never listed where all the really cool stuff was and I understood that soon enough. I talked to Tom Neigel and hopefully we can put something together soon enough... And we'll throw it out here for you guys approval...

maybe just a good reminder to tread lightly and stay on marked trails and things along that would be a good idea

Maybe you could list reference material like Boyd's field guide to the Pine Barrens and list web sites that people could use to access info( I'm sure there is one we could think of!)
