Smithville Earth Day Fair

At the May 18th meeting, Hugh MacDonald brought the June 18th Earth Day Fair @ Smithville Park to the attention of the Coalition.

Despite the short notice, this is an excellent opportunity to get our name out there as an organization, make some contacts, and educate some of the public. Our next meeting should be June 15th so we have the opportunity to make sure everything is order the Wednesday before the event.

Booth: I believe Hugh graciously volunteered use of his EZ-Up?

Banner: We discussed Vic Gorin may have the ability to produce an NJTLC banner displaying the logo he used for his stickers. I forgot to get his phone number after the meeting. Could someone contact me or even just PM me his number so I can contact him ASAP.

Materials: Sounds like we can probably get some Tread Lightly program materials to hand out and possibly even have a few NJTLC brochures on hand to explain who we are though we probably won't be able to produce enough brochures before the event. (see Flyer Ideas)

update: Vic (made the stickers) has been in contact with me via PM. His shop is near my house. I will post updated details when available.
